1. Are we selling the genuine products?

We only sell authentic items to our valued customers since we direct import from the origin country.


2. Are my details secure?

Drink Everywhere (DE) takes seriously your right to privacy. We employ high-level SSL encryption technology, the most cutting-edge security programme now offered for online transactions, to store any information you provided us securely. Your personal payment card data is not kept on Drink Everywhere. 


3. How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through Drink Everywhere (DE), click on the "add to cart" button.


4. How do I contact customer service?

You can email to liquor.from.drinkeverywhere@gmail.com, or click on "contact us"(in the information column) below the page to find our contact details.


5. How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

Simply click the "Cart" button in the top right corner of the webpage while exploring Drink Everywhere to see the things you currently have in your shopping cart.


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

No cancellation or amendment to be made once the order is confirmed.


7. How long will it take to deliver my purchase?

Please see our Shipping Policy on our "Order&Delivery" 


8. Do you deliver overseas?

At this point in time we do not deliver to Overseas.


9. Can I exchange or return an item that was purchased online?

Goods sold are not returnable/refundable. However:

Damaged Goods - In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in delivery we will be more than happy to offer an immediate replacement. The delivery man will note any breakages at the point of delivery. Please email us immediately to inform us of any such occurrence.

Faulty Goods - If an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit against your next order. Notification must be given to us within 2 working days of delivery. Please keep the offending item(s) and return it to the person when making a replacement.

Incorrect Goods Delivered - On the very rare occasions when this occurs, we offer replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.
