PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Available Payment Option:

We accept Online Bank Instant Transfer (TT), ATM bank-ins and Credit Card via Stripe payment gateway.Upon successful payment, we will process your order accordingly and arrange for delivery.


Refunds via Bank Instant Transfer (TT) or ATM Bank-Ins

Refunds via Bank Instant Transfer or ATM Bank-Ins will be made directly to the original payment account within 5 working days.


Cash On Delivery (COD)

We do not accept cash as payment. Kindly refer to Available Payment Methods for further details.


Return/Exchange Policy*

All products are marked as final sales, and no refunds will be made. Refunds/Exchanges will only apply to damaged/broken bottles. We advise you to check your order thoroughly before acknowledging receipt of goods. Return/Exchange must be communicated to our Customer Service Representative within 48 hours
